The space

Made for stillness

Warm towels, soft light and trailing greenery.

Lucy's treatment room is calm, warm and uncluttered, with a eucalyptus mural, living plants and fresh towels for every guest. There is no rush between appointments, so your time is never cut short.

Good to know

Before you come

What should I wear?

Whatever is comfortable. For massage you will undress to your level of comfort and are kept covered with warm towels throughout, with only the area being treated uncovered.

How early should I arrive?

Around ten minutes before your appointment gives you time to settle in and complete a short consultation without feeling rushed.

Is the pressure adjustable?

Always. Tell Lucy at any point if you would like more or less pressure. Your comfort comes first.

Should I mention any health conditions?

Yes, please mention any injuries, conditions, medication or pregnancy during your consultation so your treatment can be adapted safely.

What should I do afterwards?

Drink plenty of water, take things gently for the rest of the day and, after deep tissue or sports massage, expect some muscles to feel worked for a day or so.
